Comfortable rooms, friendly service.

The location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helped us with all our inquiries. The pool was a refreshing way to unwind after our adventures. Just a heads up, though, the ice machine can run out at times, so grab it when you can!

One downside was that the air conditioning wasn't very effective during our stay. It struggled to cool the room, which made it uncomfortable at times, especially in the heat.

Nice location but some hiccups

We had a decent stay for 2 nights but ran into some problems. One room wasn’t ready till super late, and in another, the AC was messed up. Thankfully, we brought a fan. Also, no towels were in one room, had to grab some from the office. The snack bar was nice, though!

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and free parking. Staff helped me with technical issues during my first stay, which I truly appreciated. I'll be back for my business trip!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially with the easy access to wonderful nearby parks like Newbury Gateway Park, which is just about a 15-minute walk away, and plenty of delicious dining options like Ameci Pizza just a few steps from my room. it was perfect for strolls and quick bites after a day of exploring.

I found the atmosphere at Motel 6-Thousand Oaks, Ca to be welcoming, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The room was neat and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable and pleasing as a senior traveler.

Dissapointing stay with rude staff
